new build Help please - need to make decisions

Storage - 1TB Seagate Desktop HDD - New

1TB Samsung 860 Pro SSD - New

Graphics - EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6 GB Superclocked+ ACX 2.0+ Video Card - New

 

Intend to purchase:

Case - €69.99

We're currently looking at an 'Empire Gaming - Diamond' Case, it comes with 4 built in fans with addressable RGB. Mid-sized ATX / Micro ATX / Mini ITX compatible.

 

Looking for suggestions: 

 

Motherboard - Would be nice if it had wifi, but would rather just buy a cheaper WiFi dongle and spend the money elsewhere. Will be connecting to ethernet whilst gaming online anyway.

CPU - Really don't know which way to go. I have no preference for team red or team blue. Happy to go with second hand but at this point I just want to get the thing built so I'd rather 'BuyItNow'.

CPU Cooler - Something that fits 

RAM - I'd like to go for 16GB or up. If my budget doesn't allow then I'll settle for 8 and just buy another stick in a month or 2.

Power Supply - Not too fussed about power efficiency. Will just chuck everything into PcPartPicker and go for a Voltage beyond what it estimates.

Looks like a Lian Li Lancool 2 Mesh Ripoff, so i would go for that instead. Other recommendation at that price range is 275R Airflow by Corsair, or Focus G by Fractal Design.

Well that automatically going to make you go Intel in this case, but if AMD CPUs are available, go for the Zen 2 CPU (Ryzen 3xxx series) or the Zen 3 (Ryzen 5xxx series) with a B550 Board. A lot of them is going to have Wifi 6 equipped out of the box. For Intel side, go for an i5 10400F with any reputable B460. Pretty much the bang for the buck set for the LGA 1200 platform.
