R9 280x problem

Go to solution Solved by hawaiims,

but for other players with R9 280x dont have same problem, if I upgrade my MB to Asus ROG Hero it would help by a bit?

it woudn't even help 1%. Motherboards have nothing to do with GPU performance unless you're putting a 280x on an 8 year old motherboard.

I am thinking now for OS upgrade now i have windows 7 home premium, is i buy windows 8 i could update them to 8.1?

yes you could upgrade to windows 8.1 for free. If I were you I would wait for windows 9 though because it should come quite soon.

Lastly, your frame drops don't seem that horrible. 20FPS does seem very low but it can happen when playing some crazy multiplayer game. Try to turn down your anti-aliasing a little to 2x. Anti-aliasing drops performance a ton even on really powerful GPUs.
