PC does not boot

Heya, Im having some trouble getting a PC to boot below is what ive got, what is happening and what I've tried:

 

Equipment

1. 6700K
2. ASUS Z170I PRO GAMING MoBo
3. 2x 8GB 3200 DDR4
4. 980Ti
5. H100i Water cooler

Whats Happening

1. CPU Q LED comes on and turns off
2. DRAM Q LED comes on for about 5 seconds then goes off
3. no other LEDs come on after that

What I've tried

1. clear CMOS
2. Re-seating ram
3. Trying 1 stick in each slot
4. Try the other stick in each slot
5. Try a know working stick in each slot
6. re-seat cpu and check for bent pins (none)
7. Try with and without GPU
8. Tried a different PSU
9. Tried with only ram/cpu plugged in

have you tried a diff monitor/cable as I had this happen to me when I built my pc.

My monitor auto selected a diff source and I though Somthing was broken

Most likely isn't the issue but is worth a shot if you have a diff monitor/cable

(try a diff gpu port if you try this aswell)

If you've tried all that already it might be a Motherboard Issue I had a Similiar Situation happen to me it could just be a Bios Update or like my Situation a Broken Trace

firstly check your front IO cables, if they are plugged to the correct pins

I have tried at least 4 different monitors/leads trying VGA/HDMI/DP

Yeah that is what i was thinking, gona try find a mobo and see if that works.

Iverything powers up so its not that, but i also tested out of the case shorting the two pins for most of my tests
