They'd need a motherboard and CPU that are capable of display out. The best chips for OP's use case Ithe 5900x/5950x) do not have display outs. The second-best option with display out would be the 10900k/11900k, but those fall far behind the 5950x/5900x as workstation chips.

Yeah since you didn't want rgb since you ain't a gamer, I tried my best. Most cases have rgb fans. I was gonna say, why just go a lil bit of lighting, since your getting on of the best cpus that most ppl can't even afford.
