  1. Does anyone know a case similar to the lian li lancool 2 mesh, just without the rgb? (And preferably cheaper and still quiet)
  2. Yup. And get the gpu first. Then you can get all the other parts not worrying, and you dont have to build your pc and either have no gpu or use an old one. Then you can sell your old one with the inflated prices.
  3. You can still get the gpu at msrp with enough trying. One way i found is best is going to a Best Buy. Get there 10 minutes before they open when they say they restocked gpu’s. There usually is a group of 10-20 people. Get in when the store opens. It’s a lot easier to get one that way instead of staying up til 4am on a restock date for the Msi website for example and competing with millions.

  6. Ya. I record stuff, so i need the storage, but want an ssd for the boot times. Also it saves money
  7. So running startup stuff like boot times and program launching can run on the ssd, while all downloads and video storage on the hhd, right? That would be the best way to do it
  8. I’m saying using an hhd just for storage, ssd for all the boot stuff thats how it would work, right?
  9. And yes, i know it will be hard to get a 3080 at msrp, but i have plans and ways
  10. I have multiple methods at getting stuff at msrp, like following and tracking their posts on social media to see when they launch, being subscribed to email lists for when they drop, using 3 different item trackers for when they come back into stock, (a horrible sleep schedule stalking websites) etc. but if i need to wait i have a 1050ti that i am currently using that will do until i get one of them.
  11. Budget (including currency): 2100 USD Country: look at the money Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming, recording, and editing. Stuff like playing Valorant while listening to a youtube video and having a friend on a call on discord. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 1440p, 144hz, 2-3 monitors Any help appreciated!!
