Hi, this may be a newb. question but I honestly don't know. I currently have windows 7 on a primary ssd and all my games on a secondary hard drive. I am thinking about upgrading to windows 9 when it comes out. I prefer do to clean installs. If I wipe my ssd and do that will I be able to just install my games on the secondary drive? Like just go to steam and start up for first time? I think that is the way it is but I don't know for sure and would have hate to have to download them again. Thanks

If they're on the second drive (and hopefully Steam is too) then it's easy peasy and you don't have to do anything except apparently reinstall steam on your computer (even though it already is, it's weird...).

If not do what @Rorgash said.
