This is userbenchmark but take it with a grain of salt:

https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Nvidia-GTX-560/Rating/3155

according to this, the GTX 560 is terrible therefor I wouldn't recommend it for anything more than minecraft/cs:go at low settings.

There is definitely room for improvement in this build but I think that you should tell me your budget so that I can make a list for you that will perform better.

You'd probably be better trying to buy an i5 11500 system with 8gb DDR4 and using integrated graphics, or even a 10th gen i3 if you want to save a buck. The A10 7850k was slow when it came out, and that was back in 2014. I'd only get this system if you buy it for less than $200, but even then, Intel integrated graphics are probably better than this.

A GTX560 came out in 2011 thats 10 years ago!, I can't imagine it would run anything above 1080p low settings at like 30fps and even that might be a push  (and any AAA title would be a slideshow.) A A10-7850K was realised in 2014 too. I would have thought you could get better than this of Ebay for $200 even with todays scarcity.

well i can get a dell small form factor for 120 with 8gb and a intel i5 quad core 2nd gen, it comes with a ssd as well. but i need a new case for it. and the small form factor front io can be weird to do so i was sketched out on buying it, my budget is 250.  what graphics card would go well with this budget/ specs?

To be honest thats a hard question, I think CS:GO you would get closest with the 560 but I would guess maybe a GTX760.  Some of the others might need a 960.

his selling the system for 80 wth everything but the graphics card, and ssd and id have to get 4gb as he is selling it with 4, so the card is 40 and the ssd is 40 meaning id have to probs go with only 4gb ram, so ill probs by this optiplex that is a quad core i5 2nd gen with 8gb ram, a ssd and wifi dongle for 120 add a graphics card and new case, but what card should i try to get? maybe a 660 or something

I'd say try for an RX 560/RX570. You really shouldn't go lower than that but if needed you could either get a GTX 1050 or an RX 550.

PC part picker is down right now for me (no products will load) but when it goes back up I'll try to throw something together.

This is what I'd get if I were you (and if I cared about the side panel closing). I have a friend with almost this exact configuration, and it's enough to play CS:GO at 1080p and minecraft.

Absolutely terrible:

I'm going to be serious with you, old things aren't good at all and you shouldn't buy anything older than an Nvidia GTX 970 or an AMD Radeon RX 470.

Have this list, It's the best I could do for such a low budget and the custom prices are what I found them for on eBay.

PCPartPicker Part List
Type Item Price
CPU AMD Ryzen 5 2400G 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor $180.00
Motherboard ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard $60.00
Memory Crucial 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) DDR4-2666 CL19 Memory $14.00
Storage Western Digital Caviar Green 500 GB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive $21.85 @ Amazon
Power Supply EVGA 400 W ATX Power Supply $29.99 @ EVGA
Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts
  Total (before mail-in rebates) $320.84
  Mail-in rebates -$15.00
  Total $305.84
  Generated by PCPartPicker 2021-04-12 21:56 EDT-0400

I would strongly recommend saving up ATLEAST $400 before actually trying to make a build.

If that is an RX 580 then that is a great deal. If that is a GTX 580 then that is a terrible deal.
