i need advice on buying a new laptop

so i'm searching for a laptop that i need for school but also want to use for gaming since i dont like taking my pc every where i would like it be light and  with light i mean less than 2,5 kg i live in the netherlands europe and the buget is around 1600 euro's

my school requirs to have these specs

at least   512 gb ssd  or nvme

i5 or better     i dont know why they dont allow us amd laptops

at least 16 gb ram

not bigger than 15 inch

windows 10

i would like to have a good battery since my school days are gonna be like 8 hours

they didnt specify a graphics card but since it isnt primarly used for gaming i think i will do fine with a 2060 correct me if i'm wrong

the games i would like to play on it arent gonna be more than just war thunder   and   call of duty modern warfare     i would be nice to hit like 80fps on meduim settings

i dont know if these expectation are realistic if they arent please correct me

thank you in advance

As Linus has said in many videos, the ASUS Zephyrus series laptops are insanely good for the price. (These are US links), but the G14 is a good all rounder for a low price with 2 different gpu and screen variants as far as I know. The G15 is a little bigger and has last year and this year models with corresponding prices and gpus.

The links are just for reference so you know which models I am talking about.

EDIT: After doing some research, it appears both models have several variants.

Sorry I probably edited my post. Refresh plz. Build Specs Below.

System

  • CPU
    Ryzen 9 5900x
  • Motherboard
    ASUS ROG STRIX X570-F
  • RAM
    32 GB (2X8) Trident Z Neo 3600MHz CAS 16
  • GPU

sadly they are really expensive in the netherlands  for reverance the G 14   with the 2060 is around 1800 euros so those laptops aren't an option for me  anyway thank you

NewEgg's Email Deals are something to pay attention to. they always have older model laptops for decent prices. Same goes for their Daily Shell Shocker deals.

Also I will add the new intel Rocket Lake laptop processors are really good and have decent integrated graphics. I have a friend who owns a $800 USD laptop with a intel i7 1165g7 processor and Intel Iris graphics and he can play games like League of Legends at 140 fps. More demanding games run at like 30 fps, but its something!

The word Zephyrus G14 comes to mind. But if that's too expensive, you can try Legion 5 or 7. I'm bot comfortable recommending other than those two though.
