Weird zeros during boot

I have attached a video of what the problem looks like. It happened after my pc froze and i hit the reset button.

 

After that my pc booted without nvidia drivers and device manager gives a code 43 error on my gpu

 

So far i have:

Reseated gpu and ram

Ran DDU

About to reinstall nvidia drivers

 

Does this mean my gpu is dead/dying?

 

Oh and I can use the pc fine on simple tasks. I'm still connected via gpu display.

GTX 680

Corsair TX650m PSU

8GB Corsair vengeance DDR3 RAM

Your issue is obvious. Your either your GPU or your VRAM is dead, meaning your graphics card is dead.
