Scratching noise coming from PC

Hey, so I have been hearing a scratching noise from my PC for a while now, but I have never really bothered to act on it as it’s not caused any issues so far. I can’t really pin point where the noise is coming from and I’m getting a bit concerned as the noise seems like it’s got louder. I’ve heard it could be the fans but I’ve check and they all seem fine. I’ve got a feeling it could be the HDD but I don’t want to doing stuff to it in case I’m wrong.
 

Here are my PC specs if it’s any help.

Intel i9-9900k

Asus rog RTX 2080

Asus rog Maximus XI motherboard 

Corsair vengeance RGB pro x2 8g 3200

Corsair rmx 650 psu

NZXT x64 kraken 

Seagate 2TB HDD

Corsair 500gb m.2 SSD

either a case cable scratches against a fan, or its the harddrive

Hm...

u can disconnect the HDDs and then try to pinpoint noise, I guess.
