MSI gaming monitor

Hi,

 

I got a new monitor just under a month ago and I have noticed last night that it has 2 dead pixels in the display. Does anyone know what MSI's return process is for the UK? It seems I cant apply for a repair on their site as I dont have a US zip code and there doesnt seem to be any way else to do it. I'm not sure if dead pixels is something i should be worried about but its just kinda annoying spending £500 on a monitor for it to be not as intended out of the box.

The site I purchased from said to contact MSI directly which is how this issue came about.

You should send a form for a return merchandice authorization (RMA)
