RX 580 crash and fan issue

Hello everyone!

 

So my rx 580 is not functioning properly.

It overheats to 90 Celsius degrees while playing games (Sea of thieves, and forza). I found no way to start the fans not even in the AMD software neither the Sapphire Trixx app. Can someone send me any tips because i really want to play.

Are they getting power?

Yes, yesterday I cleaned my whole GPU and re plugged the fans. Also in random times the fans start to spin but then they stop.
