I was just curious. Several years ago there was a thread about if it was possible to upgrade the cooling fans in the Alpha. Has there been any advances in the last 5 years that would be a good upgrade now?

Proprietary cooling solutions don't change. And there are no custom solutions for something which isn't meant to be changed in first place. Its such niche market that R&D just isn't worth it.
