I recently did some upgrades to my PC and switched from an Intel to AMD chipset. I got a B550 Tomahawk, a 5600x, and some Asiahorse fans for my new Lian Li O11D. I have installed all the necessary drivers for my chipset but I am running into an issue with my fan speeds. NZXT CAM, which controls my X73 AIO (connected to CPU_FAN) works just fine in controlling my pump and fan speeds. To the contrary, my Asiahorse fans, which are connected to a hub (provided with the fans) are connected to SYS_FAN1. I wanted these fans to be controlled by the temp of my GPU since my puny 1070 (Which can't be replaced for obvious reasons) tends to run hot (~80C). My SYS_FAN1 is being detected by my BIOS and I configured it to run based off of PCIE1 (Which I assume to be my 1070); but when I get into Windows, the Asiahorse fans seem to be stuck at around 1000 RPM. I tried disabling Dragon Center from messing with fan speeds and it still hasn't changed anything. I am now out of things I can do and need some advice on how to do this. Thank you.

I'd like to refrain from uninstalling Dragon Center since RGB makes your computer faster.

Side Note: I did download CPU-Z but have not launched it and don't think it may be the issue, but I could definitely be wrong.
