Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming 1080p 144hz  or 1440p medium-high 

Other details I have already ssds and 2060super 

 

i am between 11400f vs 10600k or something else ??

mobo B60 

platinum psu bequiet 550w

16 gb ram 3200 MHz 

what is the best cpu ?

Ryzen 5600x if you have the money.

Well I suggest getting a 2070super or a 3060 Best gpu is A RTX 3090 but I doubt you'd get that I don't reccomend it if you do wwant to get it get it when it hits retail price.

for the PSu get something like 750 or 650

For the cpu Idk But i suggest a Ryzen 7 3700x or Ryzen 8 3800x or Intel i9 9900k
