Is Intel Rapid Storage Technology any good for Sorting data between hdd and ssd

I upgraded to a Wd blue 3d nand, recently and wnated to know if that was any good for managing data between the 1tb hdd and 250gb ssd.

Intel RST is for managing drives and arrays, not for data at the volume or file level.

 

What are you trying to accomplish?
