Microphone picking up pc audio

Hello, so i have this problem for a very long time now, and i cant solve the issue with anything i found on youtube, so i decided to ask here. I have a steelseries artics 3 headset, and whatever audio my pc has, my mic pick it up and plays it on discord, or anywhere where i use it
