Budget (including currency): $1500-$2000 US

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Record Minecraft and Sims 4 let’s plays at the highest quality possible in budget. 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): any advice on audio recording and sound proofing my space would be much appreciated. I’d love as much as possible to be wireless or USB-C. I really have managed to eliminate all USB-A devices from my life. Lol I don’t have a timeline but I would like to get going as soon as I can. 

I currently only own an M1 MacBook Pro for video and photo editing oh and an iPad.
