I can't hear anything.

Does it sound like a buzzing noise?
If so, it's most likely coil whine.

If you have hard drives installed, it's that. That's what mine sound like.

If you don't, again, it's most likely coil whine.

Yeah i got an hard drive, i might unplug it and see if the noise goes away.

Edit: its not my hard drive.

Here is everything that is connected in my pc
motherboard: z390 aorus ultra
cpu: intel core i7-8700
memory: 16gb of unknown brand
gpu: geforce rtx 3080 
1x harddrive: 4tb ironwolf 
1x nvme m.2: 512gb SP

I think i still have the default fans that come with the case, i got the Carbide series 275R from corsair and it came with 2 stock fans but i removed 1 of them so when i have time i will remove the other one to see if the noise is gone,

I did some testing, like unplugging front fans (stock fans) and the pump, those two did nothing, but when i unplugged my gpu the sound stopped. does that mean that the sound is comming from my gpu or could it be the mother board that makes this sound ?
