Blue LED fans spin up but don't light up

Mormislaw

Hi!

Recently, I've decided to do a retro-styled build, so I've bought an old case that came with two Revoltec 120mm blue LED fans, and a similar one from Cooler Master,

but after assembling the new PC and turning it on, that only one of four LEDs on only one fan worked (and it stopped working shortly after). The fans spin up fine, I've tried plugging them into the motherboard and into Molex, but none worked - the LEDs still won't light up.

Has anyone had this issue and solved it, or has any ideas?

I'd really appreciate any help

Asuming its just single connector. These are used? Its more than likely that A) LEDs have just died. B) There's wire that isn't making connection.

You could check what the PCB looks like. If they have just come loose and you have soldering iron, you could try to fix them.
