Create User in HMailServer: PHP

Hi, 

i start by saying that i have never used php and i do not even know from where to start, i found a piece of code that in a Hmailserver topic that should be able to create user from a webpage to my server.

i do not need to use this for a "public" website only for friends and for learning something new.

where do i have to put this code?
