Long ban from Steam

Hi OP! I exactly got the same problem. I gave steam all the info they require as a proof of ownership. Creditcard details and Receipts of multiple purchases. Still they are only asking for my first email, which I don't remember. I am robbed. I had Steam wallet funds 58$.

A CSGO inventory worth 600$. I showed them the receipts. They are still only asking for my first Email.

So yesterday I was gifting stuff to a friend of mine, TF2 Items, worth like 40 ref for each 2, and then I was finished with that, so I went and talked to a friend of mine through steam chat for like an hour and a half

I GOT A BAN UNTIL 2038

I read the Support Alert and rather then banning me it looked like they were stopping a hijacker or something, but still! The bitch is gone! And I have to keep the ban for my self!

 

Do ya think it could've been because of backpack.tf and trade.tf?

I haven't used it for like 4-5 days and when I do it's either for one tiny trade (like shitty item or metal) or for checking prices

 

so should I sit in a corner for 22 years and wait for the ban to go?

Lol! I have no idea. Steam says someone tried to log into my account and they have done this to secure my Account. And now I am robbed. I can login, I have steam Guard. But yet I can't do anything as the account is locked till 2038. F*** Steam
