That depends on a lot of different factors, and it's kind of impossible to say. I couldn't find anything anyone has posted online for the 3060, but looks like a 3060 Ti gets around 100-120FPS at 1080p and 80-100FPS at 1440p on high. For the 3060, you probably want to knock at least 10-20FPS off that.
