Windows not responding

I have no idea what to do I seriously need help on this it just randomly started happening I ended the process a couple of times and it still isn’t working

Windows 10 home 64bit 20H2 and pretty bad specs acc no really bad specs 8gb ram AMD A10-7800 and r7 240

This never happens before and now my pc is doing this

Repair or reinstall Windows first and foremost to see if that corrects anything.

How do I do that I can’t press on anything at all

Did you try a restart?

 

Sometimes windows updates get jammed up and can take quite some time to come around, just leave it for a couple of hours and let it do its thing.

 

Last night I had to update the updater so the new update could update and restart and then after that it was able to complete the updating process and restart.  I wish this was a joke, took near 2hrs with a much better system. 

 

Had an old hp laptop last year that took like 6hrs.
