So, I was trying to switch out stock amd cooler with noctua one, and while I was removing my motherboard my cpu fell out of socket and some pins bent. I straightened the pins out with a friend, and it went in no problem. The new problem is the pc will turn on, won't boot. Fans are at full speed. All usb ports work, but the lights on my keyboard and mouse won't light up. Fan leds also won't work. Tried reseating gpu, using different cables, using both ram sticks in different spots, checking all cables, and even resetting cmos using the battery. Honestly I think the cpus dead, but if you have any recommendations it'd be appreciated.

Specs are:

Ryzen 7 3700x

Aurous x570 elite

Asus 2070 super

G. Skill ripjaws, 2 8gb 3600

Corsair rm650

Crucial p1 1tb
