yea its fine, boards are meant to take weight

Will the asus z87m plus bow under the weight of the noctua udh14 cooler ?

the case I am putting it in is the corsair 350d

As long as the board is properly secured to the motherboard tray it will be fine. I'm sure that heatsinks are designed to have a weight that is not going to damage the board they are attatched to.

 

PCBs are made from layered fiberglass which is very strong.
