The problem is that some PSU's have moved some of the pins around in an attempt to make their cables proprietary. So unless you can prove that those cables will absolutely line up with all the pins on your modular PSUs, then you may need to do more searching.

Also if you do need to do more searching, then @CableModcan help.

I think it's ironic that they advertise using 18g.  18g... on an extension.  So you're going to take your 16g PCIe cables and extend them with 18g?  Maybe they didn't realize that in AWG, the larger number means thinner gauge.

Also, a lot of unknowns.  Are the connectors UL94 rated and, if so, to which rating?  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UL_94

And are they using standard Mini-Fit Jr. terminals or the HCS (high current system) terminals that PSUs tend to use?

Do look at  some of the 1 and 2 star reviews.  They all say pretty much the same thing.  The LOOK great, but the connectors are really sloppy.  What happens when you have sloppy connections?  That's when the melting starts.

They're extensions.  I'm going to have a bad attitude about them regardless.  You don't take an already long ass DC cable and extend it by 300mm (a foot).  Anyone that knows Ohm's Law knows that's asking for trouble.

If you want "prettier cables", you get cables made for your PSU.  Even if they're 18g.

RM1000x is modular so you can buy replacement cables for it in various colours. "Corsair Type 4" cables is what you need to search for.

Bitfenix has full replacement kits with Alchemy. The Alchemy 2.0 "CSR" range is for Corsair Type 4 cables which will work with the RMx

Can't really think of others off the top of my head. I've honestly never been that interested in sleeved cables myself, probably because my case doesn't have a side panel but I think I'm just cheap and would rather keep the money.

That comes with two PCIe cables that have 2 connectors on the end, plus another two PCIe cables that have a single connector on the end. A total of 6 PCIe connectors. It doesn't have 3 single connector cables so you would need to use a single cable plus a cable with two connectors on it, or 2 single cables and a cable with dual connectors and just have the extra connector tucked away.

1 x ATX 24-pin (1x 610 mm)

That comes with two PCIe cables that have 2 connectors on the end, plus another two PCIe cables that have a single connector on the end. A total of 6 PCIe connectors. It doesn't have 3 single connector cables so you would need to use a single cable plus a cable with two connectors on it, or 2 single cables and a cable with dual connectors and just have the extra connector tucked away.

1 x ATX 24-pin (1x 610 mm)
2 x EPS12V/ATX12V 4+4-pin (2x 750 mm)
4 x PCIe 6+2-pin, dual connector (2x 650 mm)
2 x PCIe 6+2-pin, single connector (2x 650 mm)
8 x SATA (2x 750 mm)
8 x Peripheral (2x 750 mm)

I think I’m misunderstanding, but are you saying I can use one of the 2 x PCIe 6+2-pin, single connector (2x 650 mm) and one of the 4 x PCIe 6+2-pin, dual connector (2x 650 mm)?

If so, why does it say there are four of the latter?  Sorry for my stupid questions.  Talking about GPU cables confuses me because I get them mixed up with CPU cables.
