is there anywhere i can get a gpu for reasonable price and can ship within 15 days? Because I saw this website called shop.blt, it had reasonable pricing for a rx 5500 xt 8gb but, there is already 3000 preordered GPUS and only 1950 coming in stock soon and its gonna take until 4/13/21 to 4/20/21 which sucks since thats more then a month and yet there is is not guaranteed, that i would get it. So is there any place out there that I can get a decent GPU for decent prices?

It really matters how lucky you are. There are no guarantees for stock and shipping. You can try to apply for LMG's Verified Actual Gamer program, but stock still won't be better, just all at MSRP.

what is that verifeied gamer program can you send the link?

Right now, no. It sucks but there's nothing we can do, so we just have to be patient.

The more I learn, the more I realise I don't actually know anything.

Recommendations: Lian Li 205m (sleek, pretty decent airflow for a non-mesh front panel and cheap), i5-10400f (Ryzen 5 3600 performance, 20% cheaper), Arctic P14 PWM fans, Logitech g305.

Go to LTT's video I Was Right! (And I hate it). It has all the info on how to enter in the vid. Hope it helps! Like they say, they cannot help with stock or tariffs/VGA, they can just be at MSRP.

haha broskie like dab my guy

No, there is no way to get newer GPUs at a reasonable price reliably right now. I have seen cards as dating as far back as 2012/2013 going for 2-3 times what they should be. Your best bet is checking your local listings like craigslist and Facebook marketplace and hoping to get lucky with somebody who does not know the market. You could probably grab a 10 or 20 series Nvidea GPU around MSRP if you check EVGA B-stock every so often for a month or so as they are always putting up random B stock there.  https://www.evga.com/products/productlist.aspx?type=8

Damn that sucks. Usually I've heard they've been great with stock, and shops near me have had the latest parts in stock and I'm not even by a Microcenter. Maybe try going to one right when they open and seeing if there's stock, they should be getting new stock consistently

Even if there was a Microcenter by you, you'd need to be there a couple hours before they even open. And that's assuming they decide to restock.

I wonder if you could befriend an employee and try to get them to "accidently" leave a GPU off the floor till you get there. I would not be above doing this were I in a similar situation. Luckily my good ol 1070 is still fine for me.
