So how hard is it to get a rtx 3060 ti rn in europe that is not from a scalper?

Even if it's available you probably won't get it at msrp.

You can't really buy one for a decent price. They are in stock from time to time. But even the retail price is pretty much scalper-pricing nowadays. Expect to pay at least 2-3x MSRP even from official retailers.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

I got lucky in December and got 3060 TI FE from Nvidia (UK) at retail

 

I've been checking most days(2/3 times a day) and no luck
