Budget setup: Versus

Which setup will perform better overall (creative and gaming perspective)?

 

1. i7-8700K water-cooled with dual 120mm fans and radiator with single channel 16GB corsair vengeance and an GTX 1070Ti, on a ASUS Prime Z370-a and windows 10 booted from SATA 240GB SSD

2. i7-10700K water-cooled with single 120mm fan and radiator with dual channel 32GB(16x2) corsair vengeance and an GTX 1660 super, on a gigabyte B460M D3H and windows 10 booted from M.2 240GB SSD

its an nvme 240GB with the 10700k

1070Ti is a founders edition and 1660 super is a Zotac Twin Fan model

 

P.S. These are existing setups which are up for use here and we have some time to decide which one to go with..
