Weird question I know.

Any ideas on where I can buy a new msrp 3080 in the US? I just need to learn some tricks on how to source one. I can see places please vest buy have them listed for $699 but sold out.

Are you guys putting bots on certain pages?

Is there a website where I can keep an eye on stock across the US?

there are youtube streams you can follow for this, but otherwise you're not likely to get lucky through them unless you're going to a physical store where you don't have to compete with automation. For clarification I'm suggesting you use one of the stock tracking streams to find stock at a local store that cannot be bought through online means, and then go in person to buy it

3080 restocks have been fairly rare in my experience, 3070 and 3090 seem to be a bit more prevalent. Same on the AMD side of things, 6900xt seem easier to come by than 6800/6800 xt with 6700 xt suffering from too much hype causing stock to evaporate and immediately get scalped at prices that make a 3090 seem like a good idea

Yeah 3080's are kind of a unicorn, definitely the card I was hoping for. They are made with the 3090 silicon that don't pass spec for 3090. ?Unfortunately? it appears that the yields for the 3090 have been VERY good and they won't use good 3090 silicon to make the lower tier 3080. Not when they know they can make so much $$ of the 3090 right now.
