I Want to connect 1080p 144hz monitor and 1080p 60hz TV to the same HDMI port.

I have a laptop that only has 1 HDMI out, and no DP out.

 

I would like to connect my 1080p 144hz monitor and my 1080p 60hz TV to it. Don't need to use both at once, but it would be a plus.

 

Is it possible? And what should I do in order to achieve it?

 

Note: My laptop has an USB-C port, but it seems not to support display output. I've bought an adapter just to realise that.
