CPU, MB and Memory Advice?

Hi, my current system has some Hardware problems and it's an pretty old system. I had enough of this system.

 

So, i want to upgrade my current system but with budget components.

 

Here's the components that i'm planning to get:

CPU: Intel I5-10400F

MB: Asus Prime H410M-K

Memory: Patriot Viper Steel 8GB DDR4 3200 MHz CL16

 

Things i do with computer:

Editing, rendering and some gaming.

might want to get a board other then the h410 platform, made z490, and depending on your gpu, you might not get a huge performance boost from the cpu, so you have to upgrade things that will affect performance.

A ryzen 3600 + B450/550 motherboard is more worth it in my opinion.

I've also checked this Duo, but they're more expensive on my country.
