Low Fps After Upgrading GPU

Hi. I have recently upgraded my GPU to Rx 560 and I have installed the GPU drivers. But I'm getting terrible FPS on every game I tried to play. 8-25 FPS at low and medium settings. My PC specs are : 

Intel core i5 2400k

12GB DDR3 Ram 

RX 560 (upgraded from Amd Radeon HD7570)

500GB HDD.

yes i did that and used the DDU program in safe mode to uninstall the old drivers.

hmmmm, this might be the Mobo, maybe, what is your Mobo model

what settings are you running in your games. the 560 isn't gonna do much past medium settings in demanding games

i tried running games at the lowest settings and still didnt exceed more than 10 fps. i was getting better fps on my old gpu.

where did you get the 560 from?

From a trusted retailer. I received the card with warranty.

hmmmmmmm...  what psu are you using? the 560 is a PCIe 3.0 8x interface while the 7570 is a 2.1 16x interface, they should have similar bandwidth, however, given that its a 8x plugged into a 16x previous gen slot, it will not get the same performance. you are only getting the 2.1 8x experience likely.

The variant of Rx 560 i've got doesnt have an additional power slot (no 6 or 8 pin connection). my PSU is 320W. based on my research before buying the card, it runs properly with the PSU i got. as the card maxes out at 85W.
