recently i use this laptop and my phone drops on the keyboard area so hard that it triggers 0x001701c6 blue screen, i can't search any info for that blue screen. and then it restarts, and stupidly i drop it again, and it doesn't do bluescreen this time, anybody knows what happens ?

None except you.  You were there. What happened?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Well you can drop your phone for 3rd time and see if it works😅

It might have worked fine after the restart of the earlier blue screen too.  I can’t tell what is even going on.  If it stopped working after the second drop though you have a point.

Ah.  The internet is great for code definitions.

You probably triggered a g sensor(if installed) or you made the HDD skip with the shock of you dropping something on it.

Assuming the thing even has a mechanical HD. They’ve become rarer with newer machines.

i googled the code but.... i didn't get the result, even microsoft don't have the documentation for the code

It strikes me as unlikely that you have uncovered a BSOD code that not even microsoft knows about.  They wrote the BSOD codes.  I would question the correctness of the transcription before that.  @LogicalDrm makes an excellent point.  If there is a BSOD there is likely some sort of mini dump information.

A six year old computer doesn’t qualify as newer three years old would be pushing that one
