The free version of OneDrive provides 5GB of cloud storage. It's easy to setup and the app is included in Windows 10. I suggest at least using some service or method to backup your data. Hardware failures do occur, and it could be the storage (SSD / HDD).

 

Plan for the worst, hope for the best.

It was a memory issue, not storage
