Constant fps drop in games

Hi!

I have been getting fps drops in every type of games I would like to play (minecraft, r6, ets2 etc.)

I need help I don't know what to do.

Pc specs: i5-7500, gtx 1070, 2x8gb ram 3466mhz.

I did, it doesn’t matter.

 

I have changed the dvr setting to 0 from 1 in the registry and restarted the pc. It works fine 90 fps stable. But the setting will reset itself to 1 if I turn off the pc again.
