Problems with mining

So i downloaded this thing from his last video, because he is like free money. I have now a apu and 2 dedicatet gpu*s but it only says that ill get 0 BTC from it, but it only uses like 2 cores of 8 and 1 out of 3 gpu's. Besides this it also fucked up my windows intalation via doing something wich disables sounds in firefox. Does this mean ill get more money by just flodding this side with some old 2core cpu's?? Also found out that this somehow added zapmeta and izito into every search result. And is it just me or is this faar from profitable

Bitcoin is way too complicated for consumer hardware. You'll have to switch to a different alt coin to mine. Even on the simpler coins CPU mining is not worth while.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

Nicehash mines other coins, but pays you in BTC. You're not actually mining Bitcoin.

First step would be to say what hardware you are using. Which CPU? Which GPUs?

Crystal: CPU: i7 7700K | Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix Z270F | RAM: GSkill 16 GB@3200MHz | GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti FE | Case: Corsair Crystal 570X (black) | PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 1000W | Monitor: Asus VG248QE 24"

Laptop: Dell XPS 13 9370 | CPU: i5 10510U | RAM: 16 GB

Server: CPU: i5 4690k | RAM: 16 GB | Case: Corsair Graphite 760T White | Storage: 19 TB

you didn't download NiceHash from their website, you probs hit a random site full of sketchy addons and ended up installing bloatware/malware.  Start by removing all that garbage and getting the tool directly from where Linus said to get it.

with the info given here.Quick answer your gears no good.  Long answer you need to tell us what your what your gpus are. What CPU is it?  Did you exclude nicehash from antivirus?

To be safe go do a OS reset/reinstall to remove any thing malware related
once all drivers are downloaded. download/install nicehash from the website links
and do this https://youtu.be/AY1U0bg777w.
once you do that you should be able to mine.
i recommend not mining with the APU.
mining with CPU/APU is great but really isnt much unless you have a 32-64 core 64-128 thread CPU

Mining rigs i manage for others posted below
