This is my first pc build, I bought a kraken z73 AIO, no matter what I cannot get the screen to turn on, I have watched numerous videos on how to assemble properly and still have no lluck. It is not being detected by CAM or in the bios as an AIO.

The. motherboard is a Asus TUF X570 wifi with a ryzen 7 5800x chip

Please help I was really looking forward to this cooler and no matter what I cannot get it to turn on or work, is it a dud? If so any better options available?

Thanks

I don't have this AIO myself, but who knows I can help. Did you check if you used the right header on the motherboard and also connected it to power from your PSU?

If you did as intended, it could be that you have a failing LCD and you need to RMA it. That's the worst case scenario though.

I have plugged in the AIO pump on the mother board, the cpu opt on the board, the sata and the Micro usb to the usb on the bottom of the board. I have no idea what other ways to plug it in. Im worried its not compatible with the motherboard but I don't know. Thanks for the help! how would i know if it is the worst case scenario other then it just doesnt turn on or light up.

Seems like it's connected fine, I'm just not sure about the CPU_OPT. Maybe try to change that one to CPU_FAN instead.
It can't be that a port on your motherboard is failing, it should be somewhere in the AIO. The fans of the radiator spin already?

All 3 fans on the AIO all spin, there was a point in time where they were reving high and low on and off.  All of my fans are connected through a lighting node and a commander pro. I do not believe that the pump is moving the coolant thats another issue with this on top of the screen not turning on at all

Right I see. The fans should be no problem after all, since they are individual from the rest of the AIO. Did you find something new yet?

Since I think you connected it properly I can't really help you much more. I also wouldn't say it's your motherboard or PSU. Hopefully someone else here will reply.
You might have a defective product, but I would experiment more before you RMA it.
