This is entirely pointless. If mods are conflicting(which they probably are), no amount of RAM will prevent that.

 

I've ran more mods than OP on a system with 8GB of memory just fine, there is no reason for OP to upgrade.

Okay so I do a lot of minecraft modding and server hosting, what mods do you have? what version? what type of mod loader? is the mods from a launcher like curse or just downloaded randomly?

I don't know what you mean with this. 

 

I went to the curseforge website pick out the mods I wanted to use, downloaded them, put them in my 1.16.5 mods folder and pushed play.
