dear all 

my laptop is Acer Predator Helios ph315 52 and it is reaching 91c on idle some time on idle or normal use

it is a new device and it is over heating and crashing some times I need to reinstall the VGA drive I have tried to under undervolting my CPU using  throttle stop it is making no change what so ever 

I have also tried changing power setting by lowering maximum processor state  to 80% and it is the same 

please help what I should do

Are you using it on a normal tabletop or say, your lap, or on a blanket, ect? Being honest unless the problem is pretty easily fixable by yourself, just RMA it. 

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

The temps are normal. Its a laptop, and they have bad cooling to start with. Driver crashing is bigger issue and could mean hardware problems with GPU.
