Best drivers for 5600xt?

Since I bought my 5600xt, I've been plagued by constant driver timeouts. I've tried multiple drivers and had varying levels of success with each. The one I'm running now makes my display flicker when playing games. Am I just using the wrong driver version? Or maybe my card is just busted.
