Is 86°C on Ryzen 5 safe for extended time periods??

I overclocked my r5 2400g to 3.65Ghz from 3.6 GHz with a negative offset of -0.054V and I'm hitting 86°C Max under loads with  the stock wraith stealth cooler , is I safe for 6-7 hour usage per day daily???? Lemmino

Load temp is up to 90c so yeah it is safe ish.. the better question is how consistent of voltage are you pushing to it during these temps? High voltage + that temp is not a good thing no. I would be investing in a better cooler asap

How and when should I check for the voltages and how much it should range ideally??  I'm not very into this ??

3.6 aint worth doing, better just run it in stock.

you can have it to 3.9 if you have better cooling.

get a cheap $15 90mm 2-heatpipe heatsink, much better than stock cooler.

85c is the upper limit for my taste, you can go higher no problem, 95c is where you should worry.

Hwinfo64 i would be checking temps plus voltages cause both combined can end up with problems.

I overclocked now  to 3.75Ghz now with negative offset of -0.060 V and the temps are similar, is it better??

Why don't you just run it at stock, and just let the cpu run the boost clock, 3.75 is not a good overclock.

You want to lower the temp, try having Windows Balanced power mode.

I suggest getting a new heatsink.
