GPU Mining

Hi, I just wanted to start getting into mining and I had a quick question. As long as I keep my gpu at a low temperature, mining doesn't really damage or shorten the lifespan of my gpu right? I have a nice 3070 and I want it to last, and even under full load it barely hits 70 degrees, so I'm pretty sure it will be fine but I just wanted confirmation. Sorry if this is stupid or anything, I just am kinda paranoid about the condition of my gpu. Thanks

for some reason people think mining is somehow uniquely made to destroy cards. It's not. The reason why its worse is because you are running it 24/7 compared to games which are only run a few hours a day.
