My computer has 2 8GB sticks of LPX 3000Mhz RAM, a Gaming X AX motherboard, and an i5-10400 with GTX 1660, when I try to overclock my RAM, the system fails to boot and I have to clear CMOS to refresh it. I recently updated the BIOS to the latest version, the settings put are:

“Gaming profile” for CPU upgrade.

XMP to 2933MHz

RAM voltage at 1.4V

overclocked manually to 3600Mhz and 3200Mhz (both result in fail)

ref clock speed at 133

does the ram work at 2666?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I need?

10400 is limited at 2666. If you are able to overclock, you might need to fine tune IMC voltage.

your mobo can support up to 4600mhz of ram speed im assuming a failing due to not having enough voltage which can be adjusted in bios to give it enough voltage to run without failing if i were u i would just keep xmp on and leave it there with no risk involved.   mobospecs:https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/Z490-GAMING-X-AX-rev-10#kf
