Case fan stopped working

Hey guys, there’s an issue with one of my Phanteks sk140s, in which when I connect the RGB cable the fan would stop running despite having lights on, and once it’s unplugged the fan spins as normal. Any idea on what’s causing it? And maybe a solution by any chance?
