Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 Battery

So I just recently got a surface laptop 3 (openbox from Staples) and feel like the battery is weaker than it should be. I tested it a bit and while in a google meets call with a couple other chrome tabs open and nothing running in the background my laptops battery fell from 88% to 80% in 30 mins (I lost count after that) is that normal? I still have a warranty for my laptop so if there's a problem I should be able to get another one. I have also attached some pics of the windows 10 battery report.
