Please help! 32gb of ram says compatible but not?

Hey guys this my other account. I had to make one real quick cause I got this message on my pc. So I got the ram to fit by flipping it right. Then my pc would try to turn it but couldn't. So I flip off the psu switch turn it back on & this message came up. Is this ok or nah?

Press F1 and go into the BIOS and then enable XMP, then save the settings and reboot (it will reboot automatically).

@MorbidAngel So what I just did was went back into bios. Remove xmp & put xmp back on. My pc booted up. hopefully its good now.
