Has anyone used this monitor and if so is it good for FPS games?

You're not gonna hit 4k 144 FPS with even a 3090, so why not step down to 1440p 144/165 Hz if shooters is your primary gaming goal?

 

I mean, it looks like a great monitor, but seems to not align with your goals.

I put the wrong Monitor! I meant the LG Ultragear 27GL83A-B not the  lg 27gn950-b My mistake! Yes I am aiming for 144 FPS 1440p and this seems to be best one Ive found based on reviews

Yeah, that one looks pretty solid for the price.

 

I always point people to rtings.com reviews if available as another source of information when monitor shopping/comparison. That one was reviewed here https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/lg/27gl83a-b
